Creamy Lemonade Cups
Yield: 8 servings
Ingredients
| 20 | graham cracker squares, crushed | ||

| 1/4 | cup | butter, melted | |
|
|
|||
| 2 | Tablespoons | granulated sugar | |
|
|
|||
| 1/2 | cup | finely chopped pecans | |
|
|
|||
| 1 | can | (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk | |
|
|
|||
| 3/4 | cup | lemonade concentrate | |
|
|
|||
| 1 | container | (8 oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed | |
|
|
|||
Directions:
In a bowl, combine the crushed crackers, butter and sugar. Stir in the nuts. Set aside 1/4 cup for topping and press the remaining mixture onto the bottom of eight dessert dishes.
In a separate bowl, combine the condensed milk and lemonade concentrate; fold into the whipped topping.
Spoon into prepared dishes. Sprinkle with reserved crumbs. Refrigerate before serving.
